Refund policy

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help and you have up to 30 days to do so. After this time period you may be eligible for a store credit depending on our discretion. 

Just send us a message using the form on our site along with Amazon number to get the process started. You may also initiate a return using the online tools provided by Amazon on their website.

Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders. To return a gift, see Return a Gift.

Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.

Select the item you want to return, and select an option from the Reason for return menu.

Choose how to process your return.

If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement.

For items sold from an Amazon seller, you'll see a Submit Return Request. The Amazon seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. If you don't receive a response within two business days, you can submit an A-to-z Guarantee claim. For more information, see About A-to-z Guarantee.

Once you have qualified for a refund, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label (FedEx Ground). Upon receiving the items in perfect condition, CMW will then issue a refund minus the cost of the FedEx shipping label and any other customs related fees that may occur.

Amazon Return Instructions:

Dear Customer,

I'm sorry to hear that our product won't meet your requirements. If you would like a refund, please return the items by printing and taping the mailing address label we have provided along with the prepaid FedEX Ground shipping label we have provided.

Make sure that the customs invoice is marked as a "Returned Item" and the words "Returned Item" are marked and clearly visible somewhere on the packaging.

Using UPS or any other carrier other than FedEx may result in additional shipping fees that you as the buyer will be responsible for. Please only use the label we have provided you with.

Once we receive the returned item in perfect shape, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the prepaid shipping label.
